◆ Where it starts
You drink it every day. Make it count.
Water is the one thing nobody skips. That's exactly why it's the easiest place to raise your standard. Hydrogen-rich, ionized, alkaline water became the first change I made — and the one I'd make again.
HYDROGEN-RICH
Molecular hydrogen is the smallest molecule there is. Hydrogen-rich water is simply water with dissolved hydrogen gas added — and that alone is what got me interested in thinking about water differently.
IONIZED & ALKALINE
Ionization uses electrolysis to separate water into alkaline and acidic streams. The alkaline stream has a higher pH than ordinary tap water, which is why I chose to make it part of my daily routine.
ONE SYSTEM. MULTIPLE USES.
These systems can produce several kinds of water for drinking, cooking, rinsing produce, and everyday household use. One unit, multiple purposes. Built once, built right, and built to last.
◆ How people usually begin
Step One
Change the water, not your whole life.
You're already drinking water every day. Improving the quality of it is the smallest change with the widest reach — nothing new to remember, nothing to add to your routine.
Step Two
Learn what's actually in your glass.
Filtration, mineral content, pH, and hydrogen all play a part. Understanding the differences is what helped me choose — and it's why I'd rather explain it than sell it.
Step Three
Choose the setup that fits your home.
A countertop unit, whole-home filtration, or the shower — different homes call for different answers. There's no single right place to begin.
◆ What I use
The systems behind it.
Have a look at each one at your own pace. If you'd rather just ask, that works too.
